I ordered a few lab supplies from Fisher Sci, the prices seemed better than most of the other places I checked. Maybe I missed something somewhere, but it felt like a decent deal to me. Shipping was normal, nothing strange happened, and everything went smoothly. I’m happy with the experience and will probably check here first next time before ordering anywhere else.

They explained my options clearly without making me feel like I was being difficult, which I really appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars only because the website was still a bit confusing in a few places, but the support person definitely made the whole process much easier.

My Fisher Sci order was mostly right, but one of the items showed up in the wrong size. I was kind of in a rush to get everything sorted, so even though it wasn’t a huge issue, it did slow me down a bit. I reached out to customer service and they took care of it, which I appreciated. Overall it was okay, but I do wish the order had been checked more carefully before it shipped

Ordering from fishersci has been smooth overall, at least on the ordering side. The invoices are usually correct, but then again, I’ve had a few come through with the wrong pricing or missing info, so I can’t really just file them without checking anymore. To be fair, they do fix it when I reach out, but it still adds extra back-and-forth that I’d rather not deal with. It’s not a huge problem, just something they could definitely tighten up.

"Backorder wasn’t as stressful as I thought"
I had one item on backorder and I was kinda worried it was just gonna sit there with no updates. But Fishersci kept emailing me and the dates they gave were clear. It ended up shipping close to when they said it would, which was nice. Simple thing, but it made waiting a lot less annoying

"Easy to find lab supplies quickly"
I mostly use fishersci when I need to track down lab items fast, and the search works well. I can put in a part number or even just a rough product name and it usually gets me to the right thing. The filters are helpful too, especially when I’m comparing options. A few people in our lab use it the same way, so I figured it wasn’t just me. It definitely saves time compared to clicking through a bunch of pages.

I was in a decent mood when I was ordering, which probably helped, but fishersci was straightforward to use. I was able to find the lab supplies I needed without much hassle, and the search worked well for me. A few pages did load a little slowly here and there, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, it’s a solid site

"Arrived fine, but the cold packs were melted"
My order showed up okay, so that was a relief. The only thing was... the cold packs were mostly melted by the time it arrived. Nothing seemed obviously wrong, and it wasn’t a bad experience overall — just a little concerning, especially for items that need to stay cold.

I had to wait in a annoying queue just to get this sorted, which made the whole thing more frustrating. The box showed up dented and didn’t look great, but luckily everything inside was fine.

"The quote process works, even if it’s a bit slow"
The quoting process is fine. It does what it’s supposed to do, so I don’t really get why people would act like it’s a huge problem. That said, it can take longer than I expected sometimes, which is a little annoying. Still, the quotes come through and the process works overall

I don’t remember every little thing about the ordering process, but I do remember appreciating that FisherSci shows what’s actually in stock and what might take longer. It’s nice not having to guess before I place an order. I think I’ve had a few items change after checkout here and there, but overall the inventory info has been helpful

"Support Was Helpful, Just Kinda Slow"
I had to reach out to technical support because I couldn’t find a product spec on the site. The person I talked to was polite and did help me eventually, but the whole thing take longer than I expected. I also got passed to someone else once, which was a little annoying. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped it would be.
